What do you like the most about your job?

The thing I like the most about my job is that I have a lot of diverse tasks. I’m in touch with people on a daily basis and I have an impact on bringing the best talents into the company.

Which skills does a Talent & People Manager need to have?

The most important skill for the Talent & People Manager is to have great communication skills, ability to understand people as well as seeing cases from both business and people perspective.

Which is your favorite project you have worked on so far?

So one of my favorite projects I worked on so far, although there’ve been a lot of them, was our cultural initiative when we worked to develop our company values and the mission statement.

Which of the company values do you like the most?

My favorite company value is: We help each other grow. Growth is very important for me and I enjoy working with colleagues that I can learn from and who helped me to improve myself on a daily basis.

What do you think a company has to offer to the employees?

I think these days to make employees happy the company has to offer them a lot of growth opportunities, high level of ownership as well as flexibility when it comes to where and how to do their work.

Where do you see the benefit of videos?

I see the benefit of video everywhere, especially these days in a post pandemic world. Video is the future of business communication, especially when it comes to the remote work setting.

How would you describe your development at movingimage?

My development at movingimage has been very fulfilling and challenging. I learned a lot, both on the professional and personal level and I’m very happy I’ve joined the company more than one year ago.
