Maritim has an extremely low dropout rate among trainees. Why is that? Here you experience a lot, get a solid education and overtime is not part of the program... But the hotel chain suffers from the bad reputation of the industry. A video should do something about this and thus attract new trainees.
Solution
We presented the training as a fast-paced event: no talking heads, but an energetic sequence of strong images, gags and exciting facts about Maritim. The whole thing is carried by a bold voice over and wild punk pop.
Effect
Maritim was delighted with the result, and its own trainees were able to identify extremely strongly with this video.
